Most of the Pavilion is fully accessible, however, parts of the building are very old and some of the dressing rooms, workshop spaces are not. Full details of accessibility are available on the registration and information desks. Please inform us of any accessibility issues when
you register so that we can do our best to help you.

Luggage/Cloakroom

There will be luggage storage in the main hall (Northern Lights) on Sunday morning.

Food and Drink

The Café at the Pavilion will be open throughout the weekend for drinks, snacks and meals.

First Aid

We have several first aiders at the festival which hopefully you won’t need! If you do then please find a steward.

Visitor Information

Whitby is a small town so you should be able to find your way around fairly easily. It is about a 10/15 minute walk from the Pavilion into the town centre, just head down the Esplanade opposite the little café at the top of the steps and then turn left at the end. Carry on down Flowergate and Golden Lion Bank and you will reach the swing bridge. If you turn right here onto Baxtergate you will find banks, chemists etc. If you go over the bridge there are lots of small independent shops and cafes on Church Street and Sandgate.
